They loved their neighborhood and yard, but their 1950s ranch-style home was severely outdated. To add to the problem, the home was situated on the lot in such a way that created a large front yard but a nonexistent backyard. The solution: move the existing house and donate it (saving demolition costs) and rebuild a new home on the lot to meet the exact specifications of the owners.
